ESTIMATE ONLY.  Quotations are an estimate only and are provided as a service to our customers for budget purposes. Changes made by the customer to modify quantities and/or products will be charged accordingly. Quoted prices are good for 30 days from the date the quote is issued in writing.

SUFFICIENCY OF MATERIALS.  No guaranty or representation is made to imply that materials are sufficient to complete the customer’s project.

RETURNS AND RESTOCK FEES.  Non-stock items may not be eligible for return. Any items eligible for return shall be returned within 30 days of pick-up or delivery, as applicable, and are subject to a 10% restock fee. Custom-manufactured products are not returnable and are not refundable.

STORAGE FEES.  Failure to pick up or receive doors and other goods (“items”) within 14 days of Delivery Date may result in storage fees. Charges for items stored is 2% of the sale price of the items stored, but no less than $3.00 per day of storage. This will be billed at the end of each week of storage. This charge will continue until the goods are received or are deemed abandoned.

FINANCE CHARGE.  A finance charge of 2% per month (24% per annum) will be assessed on past due invoices (30 days after due date).

PRELIMINARY NOTICE AND LIEN.  CR Doors & Moulding reserves the right to file a preliminary notice, in case of default of any of the terms of this agreement by the undersigned, pursuant to Utah code ann. 38-1a on all products provided by CR Doors & Moulding. CR Doors & Moulding also reserves the right to place a lien, pursuant to Utah Code Ann 38-1a-101, et. seq., on all property benefitted by products provided by CR Doors & Moulding.

ATTORNEY FEES.  In the event that CR Doors & Moulding should commence any action or actions, file a lien or otherwise seek to enforce this agreement, the undersigned agrees to pay reasonable attorney(s) fees, court and other collection expenses incurred by CR Doors & Moulding, whether or not suit is filed.

TERMS OF CREDIT.  CR Doors & Moulding reserves the right at its sole discretion to decline, change or revoke the terms of credit provided.

OBLIGATIONS.  CR Doors & Moulding undertakes to do its best to supply performant services in due time in accordance with the agreed timeframes. However, none of its obligations can be considered as being an obligation to achieve results. CR Doors & Moulding cannot, under any circumstances, be required by the client to appear as a third party in the context of any claim for damages filed against the client by an end consumer.

WARRANTY.  CR Doors & Moulding hereby warrants to the original buyer, that all products are in good condition both in material and workmanship. The specific warranties and exclusions may be found at https://www.crdoors.net/door-warranty. The warranty period will begin from the date of pick-up or delivery to the delivery address. 

GOVERNING LAW. Any dispute between CR Doors & Moulding and customer/client shall be governed by Utah state laws. All legal claims shall be filed in Utah County, Utah.

PAYMENT INDICATES APPROVAL. Client agrees to the price quoted for the entirety of a quotation. Unless the client has a credit account with CR Doors & Moulding with a signed guaranty of payment, client agrees to pay in full for an order to be placed into production by CR Doors & Moulding.

PAYMENT.  It is hereby certified that the statements in the transaction are true, accurate, and complete. By signature, the undersigned agrees to pay all invoices when they are due and payable per payment terms listed on the quotation.
