Cookie Policy

Cookies are small bits of text sent by our servers to your computer or device when you access our services. They are stored in your browser and later sent back to our servers so that we can provide contextual content. Without cookies, using the web would be a much more frustrating experience. We use them to support your activities on our website. For example, your session (so you don't have to login again) or your shopping cart.
Cookies are also used to help us understand your preferences based on previous or current activity on our website (the pages you have visited), your language and country, which enables us to provide you with improved services. We also use cookies to help us compile aggregate data about site traffic and site interaction so that we can offer better site experiences and tools in the future.

Here is an overview of the cookies that may be stored on your device when you visit our website:

Advertising & Marketing
(optional)

We use optional advertising and marketing technologies provided by Google Ads, Google Analytics, Meta, Microsoft Advertising, Hibu, and Hibu’s advertising partners to measure advertising performance, understand which campaigns result in website visits, telephone calls, or other inquiries, and improve the relevance and effectiveness of our advertising.

These services may process information such as the pages you visit, the website or campaign that referred you, advertising and cookie identifiers, browser and device information, and your interactions with our website. These technologies are loaded only if you allow optional cookies.

You may opt-out of a third-party's use of cookies by visiting the Network Advertising Initiative opt-out page. The website will still work if you reject or discard those cookies.

Google Ads and Google Analytics cookies and identifiers; Meta Pixel cookies and identifiers, such as _fbp; Microsoft Advertising UET cookies and identifiers; and Hibu and iPromote campaign-attribution technologies.

Analytics
(optional)

We use Google Analytics, when optional cookies are allowed, to understand how visitors engage with our website. We also use Plausible Analytics to collect aggregate website statistics without setting analytics cookies or using persistent identifiers to track individual visitors.

The website will continue to work if you reject or discard optional analytics cookies.

Advertising attribution and call tracking

We use Google Ads, Google Analytics, the Meta Pixel, Microsoft Advertising Universal Event Tracking (UET), Hibu, and iPromote to measure the effectiveness of our advertising and understand how visitors reach and interact with our website. When optional cookies are allowed, these providers may receive website, referral, campaign, browser, device, cookie, and interaction information.

We also use Hibu dynamic phone number insertion to measure telephone calls generated by our marketing. After a visitor allows optional cookies, our regular telephone number may be replaced on the website with a campaign-specific tracking number. That tracking number forwards calls to our regular business line and helps us and Hibu identify the marketing source associated with the call. Visitors who do not allow optional cookies will continue to see our regular business telephone number.

Selecting “Only allow essential cookies” prevents our optional advertising, Google Analytics, attribution, and dynamic call-tracking services from loading through our website. Selecting “Allow all cookies” permits these optional services to operate. Our cookieless Plausible Analytics implementation may continue to collect aggregate website statistics regardless of this selection because it does not set analytics cookies. Browser privacy settings, content blockers, VPN filtering, and similar technologies may still prevent some services from loading.

Cookieless website analytics

We also use Plausible Analytics to collect aggregate information about how visitors use our website, such as page views, referral sources, device types, browsers, and approximate geographic information. Our standard Plausible implementation does not use cookies or persistent identifiers and is not designed to track individual visitors across websites.

Because Plausible does not set analytics cookies in our standard implementation, it may continue to provide aggregate website statistics when a visitor selects “Only allow essential cookies.” Browser privacy settings, content blockers, VPN filtering, and similar technologies may prevent Plausible from loading.

You can choose to have your computer warn you each time a cookie is being sent, or you can choose to turn off all cookies. Each browser is a little different, so look at your browser's Help menu to learn the correct way to modify your cookies.

We do not currently support Do Not Track signals, as there is no industry standard for compliance.
